Trend Radar is an AI-powered creator analytics platform. We help creators understand attention, velocity, and audience signals across platforms. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

By using Trend Radar you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• Account info: email address and basic profile data you provide at sign-up.
• Connected platform data: if you choose to connect YouTube, TikTok or Instagram, we receive data you explicitly authorize through each platform’s official OAuth flow — such as channel name, public profile, video metadata, and aggregated insights.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, device type, and diagnostic logs used to keep the product reliable.
• We never ask for or store your social media passwords. Authentication happens entirely on the platform you connect to.

• To generate your private analytics, Deep Signals, and Attention Pulse insights.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Trend Radar product.
• To communicate important service updates.
• We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your private analytics with other users.

All data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access tokens issued by YouTube, TikTok and Instagram are stored securely and used only to fetch the data you authorized. You can revoke access at any time from the relevant platform’s security settings or by disconnecting the account inside Trend Radar.

We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure aggregate product usage. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but parts of the product may not function correctly without them.

Trend Radar integrates with the official APIs of YouTube (Google), TikTok and Instagram (Meta). When you connect an account, your use of those integrations is also governed by:

• Google’s Privacy Policy and YouTube’s Terms of Service
• TikTok’s Privacy Policy and Developer Terms
• Meta’s Privacy Policy and Platform Terms

Public trend analysis may use publicly available content and metadata, but we never expose another user’s private analytics.

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Disconnect any linked social account at any time.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.

We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and other applicable privacy laws. The lawful bases we rely on include your consent (for connecting third-party accounts), performance of a contract (delivering the service), and our legitimate interests (securing and improving the product).

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@trendradar.app. We will delete your account, revoke stored access tokens, and remove your analytics within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.
