Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Trend Radar (“Trend Radar”, “we”, “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country).
• You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
• You must only connect social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

When you connect YouTube, TikTok or Instagram, you remain responsible for complying with each platform’s rules, including the YouTube Terms of Service, TikTok Terms of Service, and Meta Platform Terms. You must not use Trend Radar in a way that would breach those rules.

• Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Trend Radar APIs.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or analytics that do not belong to you.
• Do not use Trend Radar to harass, defame, or violate the rights of others.
• Do not use the service to engage in spam, fraud, or any unlawful activity.

Trend Radar provides analytics, predictions, and AI-derived insights such as Deep Signals, Attention Pulse, and scoring systems. These are informational and probabilistic — we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including audience growth, virality, revenue, or performance on any platform. You are solely responsible for your content decisions.

All Trend Radar branding, software, algorithms, models, Deep Signals, Attention Pulse, scoring systems, designs, and other intellectual property remain owned by Trend Radar and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

You retain ownership of the content you upload and of the data from accounts you connect. You grant Trend Radar a limited license to process that content and data solely to provide the service to you (for example, computing analytics and AI insights for your account).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trend Radar is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Trend Radar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service.

You may stop using Trend Radar at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform, violate these Terms, or create risk for Trend Radar or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-product. Continued use of Trend Radar after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trend Radar is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence still apply where required.
